The Autoimmune Protocol (AIP)
… is so much more than a list of foods to avoid!
When done in a way that is most effective, the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) is a complete lifestyle. It includes a dietary element but is also a collection of best practices for chronic disease management that encompasses sleep, stress management, movement, and much more. AIP does not replace traditional medical care, but complements it, and has been proven effective in both medical studies and clinical practice.
Ready Set AIP is a low-cost and highly supportive program, guiding participants through their first three months and all stages of the elimination and reintroduction diet.
Support for 3 Full Months
Gradually transition your diet to become more nutrient dense and to eliminate potential autoimmune triggers.
Maintain the full Autoimmune Protocol elimination diet for 30 days while learning how lifestyle mediates healing.
Learn how to properly reintroduce foods and personalize your diet and AIP lifestyle for the long-term.

Jaime Hartman is an AIP Certified Coach in private practice since 2017. Jaime has been a leader in the AIP community since 2013, when she began her blog Gutsy By Nature to chronicle her experiences using the protocol to improve her own health. She is the founder of the AIP Summit presented by AIP Certified Coaches, which has served over 15,000 people since it began in 2020, and the co-lead teacher of the AIP Certified Coach Practitioner Training Program, which has trained over 800 health care practitioners.
In addition to her coaching and nutrition credentials, Jaime has a master’s degree in educational psychology and has been a teacher, instructional designer, educational consultant, and sales representative for a major textbook publishing company and is a part-time yoga instructor.
